SE-MI Engineering Delivers Advanced Equipment for Concrete Production Plant in Mauritania.
SE-MI Engineering, in cooperation with its German partner, has successfully modernized part of the production line for a concrete sleeper plant in Mauritania, originally installed by SE-MI in 2010. This modernization represents another milestone in our commitment to supporting the development of modern railway infrastructure worldwide. A second phase of the project is scheduled for 2026.
The upgraded equipment ensures efficient manipulation, demoulding, and transport of concrete sleepers, integrating advanced automation and robust design for high productivity and reliability. By leveraging proven solutions and adapting them to local requirements, we enable our clients to achieve consistent quality and operational excellence.

SE-MI Engineering Relocates to New Facility in Ostrava
SE-MI Engineering has successfully relocated to its new premises at Frýdecká 708/462 in Ostrava as planned. The new site features a 3,000 m² production facility equipped with two 12-ton cranes and two 5-ton cranes, providing greater capacity for handling large and complex projects.
Next to the production hall is a newly renovated office building, offering a welcoming space for employees and visitors. Its proximity to the manufacturing area makes it easy for clients to view our production capabilities during their visit, while providing a modern and comfortable environment for our team.

SE-MI Engineering Expands Production Capacity with New Horizontal Boring Machine
In October 2022, SE-MI Engineering expanded its production capacity by commissioning a new horizontal boring machine from the manufacturer RETOS. This modern equipment enables the machining of large and complex components with the highest precision.
The machine offers a maximum machining length of ten meters and a machining height of two meters. The spindle diameter is 110 millimetres. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a cross head and features a rotary table with a load capacity of 20 tons.
This investment strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality solutions for demanding projects and underscores our commitment to continuous improvements in production technology.

TPO Group a.s. was purchased into the group and subsequently renamed PEHA PROPERTY a.s., with its registered office at Frýdecká 708/462, Ostrava, together with a technology park at the same address. After the modifications in the premises, we expect SE-MI Engineering s.r.o. to move to the address around May next year.
